Bring it back!
Still having issues with my sleep! 1 out of 3 nights I suffer from sleep deprivation and that just throws the whole thing off track. Last night was another difficult sleep.
- I work out at 0545am so its not a late night work out
- I have my snack at least 90 minutes before I sleep
- I stretch every night before sleep
- I often meditate
...now going to try aspirin to get my body to relax more.
Sounds like you are doing all you can. And the body does take time to respond to the PCP in the early stages. In Japan during summer is it hard to sleep at night, so I sympathise.
